Knucklehead rigid frame is an authentic reproduction of the factory style featuring brazed joints. Rear fender crossbar is supported by exactly duplicated "saddles" brazed at each end. The 29° neck angle will accept inline spring forks. Parkerized seat post assembly, and transmission mount included, rear axle kit installed. Frame requires purchase of clamp on coil bracket kit. Manufacturer's Statment of Origin is supplied. This frame measures 13-11/16" from the rear motor mount, following the seat post, and straight up to the backbone. Knucklehead replica frame 29° includes seat post, trans mount plate and rear axle kit in a parkerized finish.

SPRINGER DETAILS BELOW
28" inline Spring Fork assembly includes chrome front and rear legs, chrome inner and outer springs, spring rods with bushings, offset outside mount rockers and zinc plated rocker studs. Some assembly may be required. 1" tubes on rear legs are tapped 3/4"-16 to accept threaded riser bushing set. With this installed the builder can use a triple tree without ears and choice of post riser set. These forks are replicas of the stock units with electric welded and brazed construction and will accept all original style components and accessories for the detailed replica look. The use of offset outside mount rockers allows builder to utilize interchangeable wheels with a lug bolt type drum.
