Frame and fork kit includes replica Knucklehead frame 28° rake and 28" inline spring fork assembly that features a chrome finish.

Replica frame is an authentic reproduction of the factory style with brazed joints. Frame will accommodate Knucklehead or Big Twin Flathead engines and 3 or 4-speed transmission. The 28° rake neck angle will accept inline spring forks. Frame includes seat post, mechanical brake cross shaft, rear axle assembly, transmission plate and motor alignment plate pre-installed for safer shipping. Cross shaft bushings, tool box mount, and grease fittings are also installed. Tool box pads are round but are positioned to mount rectangular tool box. The construction includes; Forged parts: Neck with original DIF forging marks, front and rear engine mounts, yoke, and rear axle plates. Brazed parts: Top motor mount, front tank mount, side car loops, footboard mount, transmission strap, center post strap, rear fender cross bar saddles, oil tank mount and upper rear frame bars at tank tube.

SPRINGER BELOW DETAILS
Kit includes front and rear chrome legs, chrome outer springs, chrome rockers and zinc plated rocker studs. It comes completely assembled with a 1" stem with 1" x 24 thread.
Order bearing neck kit, axle kit, top tree and handlebars separately. Some assembly may be required. Bottom of neck is larger in diameter to accommodate the Lower Race. Rear fork leg is not tapped. This complete replica Spring Fork assembly is a product of 14 separate processes: Tubing, Hydraulic Swage Press, Investment Casting, Forging, Flattening Press, Robotic Welding, Brazing, Polish, Chrome, Paint, Spring Winder, Machine Shop, Drill Shop and Packaging.
