Frame and fork kit includes replica 1954 Panhead wishbone frame kit and black 28" 1946-48 Knucklehead offset fork assembly.
Replica wishbone frame kit is an authentic reproduction of a 1954 Big Twin rigid frame which includes seat post, axle, and transmission plate already assembled. Frame will accept Panhead or Shovelhead engine with 4-speed transmission. Will also accept Knuckle or Flathead engines with use of a 3/8" front engine mount spacer. Features seat post, axle, transmission plate, mechanical brake cross shaft bushings, tool box mount, and grease fittings already installed. Crossbar features a cable mount tab under the gas tank. Original forged parts include: Neck, front and rear engine mounts, side car mounts, top seat post yoke, footboard tabs, and rear axle plates. Neck will accept key lock.

OEM No: 45515-46 Unit features front and rear legs with black finish, inner and outer springs, and rockers. For use with rigid frames with 30° rake. Includes offset outside mount rockers to utilize interchangeable wheel with lug bolt type drum, studs and bushings, and spring rods with bushings. Some assembly may be required.
